First I washed the car with a citrus soap in warm water to remove any of the heavy contaminates then fully dried. Once done I pulled the car into the garage and started the tedious clay bar process by doing a small section at a time using a lubricant. After, I backed the car out and washed again to remove any remaining clay and loosened contaminate. Again, dried the car and pulled back into the garage. I applied the wax one section at a time and buffed out once the wax hazed. Finally, put the car in the sun to buff out any missed areas. The result is paint that looks like black glass. Total time took about five hours. Now my daily driver is ready for the winter season.
