Low Clearance Offramp Road Debris

Getting off the freeway I passed a vehicle on the side of the road with a tow truck.  I slowed down and proceeded safely around them.  Once past I continued as normal to the stop light at the end of the exit when I then noticed a piece of plastic in the road.  Thinking nothing of it I maneuvered the car to drive directly over it.  Once passing over the debris the plastic piece got stuck and then clunked all the way down the bottom of the car making once heck of a noise.  After I stopped I noticed it in the road behind me and a man on the side of the road ran out and grabbed it.  His car was parked at the end of the exit and missing his head light assembly.  Yikes!!!  Guess he was part of the exit I just passed.  I got home and inspected as best I could without having a floor jack, everything seems to be okay.  A few days later I visited my buddy Dominic at Swift in Davis and he was able to help me get my car up on the lift to inspect.  All clear, no damage.  Next time I will try my best to maneuver around any road debris as these Challengers are very close to the ground.
